我国的价格改革取得了较大的成绩。但也存在一些问题。突出的就是财政因农产品购销价格倒挂付出了巨大的代价,各种各样的价格补贴使财政到了难以为继的程度。回顾13年来的价格改革历程,至少给我们这样几点启示: 1.价格改革要有一个较好的宏观经济环境,包括社会总需求与总供给的基本平衡,通货膨胀率较低,市场相对平稳。 2.价格改革要坚持计划经济与市场调节相结合的
China’s price reform has made great achievements. But there are also some problems. Prominent is the financial because of purchase and sale of agricultural products upside down to pay a huge price, a variety of price subsidies to the financial unsustainable level. Recalling the course of 13 years of price reform, at least give us some inspiration: 1. Price reform should have a better macro-economic environment, including the total social demand and the total supply of the basic balance, low inflation, the market is relatively stable . 2. Price reform should adhere to the combination of planned economy and market regulation
