(二○○八年七月三十日)各位领导、各位代表、同志们:正值雪域高原百花盛开的美好季节,国家林业局驻成都专员办与驻在省(区、市)林业厅(局)联席会议,今天在我区林芝顺利召开了。作为承办方,我们感到十分高兴,这是国家林业局对西藏林业工作的重视和支持。在此,我代表西藏自治区人民政府,对会议的召开表示热烈祝贺!向莅临会议的国家林业局及驻成都专员办、直属设计院的领导和四川、重庆等兄弟省市各位代表的到来表示热烈的欢迎!
(July 30, 2008) Leaders, Deputies, and Comrades: During the beautiful season when snow flowers bloom in the snow-covered plateau, the SFA’s office in Chengdu and the Forestry Department stationed in the province (autonomous regions and municipalities) (Bureau) joint meeting, held today in our district Nyingchi smoothly. As organizers, we are very pleased that this is the State Forestry Administration’s emphasis and support on the forestry work in Tibet. Here, on behalf of the Tibet Autonomous Regional People’s Government, I hereby extend my warm congratulation on the convening of the conference. I would like to extend warm welcome to the leaders of the State Forestry Administration, the Commissioner of Chengdu Municipality, the Design Institute directly under the Chengdu Governor and all the other provinces and municipalities including Sichuan and Chongqing Welcome!
