曲菌引起的眼感染,以曲菌性角膜炎较多,约占角膜霉菌病的50％,但曲菌性眼内炎少见,国内文献仅报告过5例:最近作者遇到两例曲菌性眼内炎,由于认识不足而误诊,由病理检查确诊。为引起同道注意,特报告如下: 例1 男 27岁住院号:26587。发热、黄疸20余天。1982年6月3日入宁波地区肝病防治院。入院时体温37.5℃。全身皮肤及巩膜呈深黄色,肝肋下3cm,柔软。转氨酶143单位,黄疸指数110单位,白细胞25,000,中性粒细胞80％,有各期的幼稚粒细胞。入院诊断:急性黄疸型传染性
