从分子免疫水平探讨了巴巴多斯芦荟多糖提取物（ＡＰ）对免疫系统的作用。结果表明巴巴多斯芦荟多糖提取物对体外正常大鼠脾细胞分泌ＩＬ－１、ＩＬ－６、ＴＮＦα等细胞因子均有一定的促进作用，而对内毒素诱导脾细胞分泌的细胞因子ＩＬ－１、ＩＬ－６、ＴＮＦα有显著抑制作用。对ＩＬ－２ 的分泌在以上两种情况下均表现促进作用。显示巴巴多斯芦荟多糖提取物对细胞因子的分泌可产生双向调控作用。
From the level of molecular immunity, the effect of polysaccharide extract (AP) of Aloe barbadensis on the immune system was investigated. The results showed that extracts of polysaccharides from Aloe barbadensis could stimulate the secretion of IL-1, IL-6, TNFα and other cytokines from normal rat spleen cells in vitro. However, IL-1 and IL, cytokines secreted by spleen cells induced by endotoxin were also found. -6, TNFα has a significant inhibitory effect. The secretion of IL-2 showed a promoting effect in both cases. Shows that the extract of polysaccharide from Barbados Aloe can produce bi-directional regulation of cytokine secretion.
