目的:通过建立药用菊花种苗判别方程,设计出快速鉴别软件,实现对其种苗的快速鉴别。方法:采用方差分析和判别分析对12个栽培类型的药用菊花叶形结构11个指标进行分析,建立判别方程。在此基础上,设计鉴别程序,编写软件(基于Python语言)。结果:通过对12个不同类型药用菊花的11个叶形参数指标数据进行方差分析和多重比较,各叶形参数之间均达到显著水平,各类型之间均存在显著性差异。对各指标进行判别分析,建立判别方程,并设计了药用菊花快速判别软件。结论:通过建立的药用菊花种苗判别方程,结合计算机技术,能够实现对药用菊花种苗的快速判别。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rapid identification software by establishing discriminant equations of medicinal chrysanthemum seedlings, and to realize the rapid identification of its seedlings. Methods: The variance analysis and discriminant analysis were used to analyze eleven indexes of leaf structure of medicinal chrysanthemum in 12 cultivars and establish discriminant equation. On this basis, the design of identification procedures, the preparation of software (based on the Python language). Results: The variance analysis and multiple comparisons of eleven parameters of leaf parameters of 12 different types of medicinal chrysanthemum showed significant differences among all leaf types, and there was significant difference among the various types. Discriminant analysis of various indicators, the establishment of discriminant equations, and designed a rapid identification of medicinal daisy software. Conclusion: Through the establishment of discriminant equations for medicinal chrysanthemum seedlings and the combination of computer technology, rapid identification of medicinal chrysanthemum seedlings can be achieved.
