本文采用高效液相色谱法对白菜中甲基对硫磷分离和检测,对样品的提取、净化以及检测的色谱条件进行筛选和优化。以shim-pack VP-ODS为分离柱;流动相为V甲醇∶V水=85∶15,紫外检测波长为265nm.该方法所测得的甲基对硫磷在0~2.0mg/L内具有良好的线性,加标回收率在99.8%~110.0%。该方法稳定可靠,回收率高,适合各种蔬菜中甲基对硫磷残留量的分析。
In this paper, the separation and detection of methyl parathion in Chinese cabbage by high performance liquid chromatography were carried out. The extraction, purification and chromatographic conditions were optimized and optimized. The shim-pack VP-ODS was used as the separation column, the mobile phase consisted of V methanol: V water = 85:15 and the UV detection wavelength was 265 nm. The parathion measured by this method had Good linearity, spiked recoveries ranged from 99.8% to 110.0%.
