采用 Gleeble 1 50 0热模拟机轴对称压缩试验 ,对 51 82铝合金高温流变应力进行了研究。通过对幂指数应力函数中系数 A和 β与应变关系的分析 ,以及采用平均软化法考虑前一道次变形的残余应变对后一道次变形的影响 ,建立了 51 82铝合金多道次热变形流变应力方程。
The high temperature flow stress of 51 82 aluminum alloy was studied by using Gleeble 1 50 0 thermal simulator axisymmetric compression test. Through the analysis of the relationship between the coefficients A and β in the exponential stress function and the strain and the influence of residual strain on the secondary deformation of the last pass using the average softening method, 51 82 aluminum alloy multi-pass hot deformation flow Variable stress equation.
