详细介绍了济钢新建400 m2烧结机的自动控制系统。该系统通过模型控制实现了烧结生产从配料一直到高炉上料全流程的自动化操作,满足了烧结精准生产的需求。同时,利用故障诊断系统能使检修人员快速、及时、准确地处理生产设备存在的问题,解决了各专业互相扯皮的矛盾,为高效、低成本烧结生产奠定了基础。
The automatic control system of the new 400 m2 sintering machine of Jigang is introduced in detail. Through the model control, the system realizes the automatic operation of sintering production from the ingredients to the whole process of blast furnace feeding, which meets the demand of accurate sintering production. At the same time, the use of fault diagnosis system enables maintenance personnel to quickly, accurately and accurately handle the problems existing in the production equipment and solve the contradictions among various professions, which lays the foundation for efficient and low-cost sintering.
