医院是个特殊的事业单位,为人民群众默默地服务,随着社会地不断进步,经济地快速发展,医院间的市场竞争愈发明显,医院的经济也越来越独立。随着国家各项政策的不断调整,医院原有的财务管理内部控制已滞后于国家的政策要求以及医院的经济活动。因此,掌握医院经济大局的财务管理必须紧跟经济的高速发展步伐进行变革。财务管理在医院的经济管理活动中占据重要地位,并且随着医疗体制的不断改革,财务管理工作越来越受到重视。文章从行为理论出发,通过分析医院相关人员的行为对财务管理工作的影响,总结出了若干提高医院财务管理水平的相关方法。
The hospital is a special institution that serves the people silently. With the continuous improvement of the society and the rapid economic development, the market competition among the hospitals becomes more and more obvious, and the hospital economy is becoming more and more independent. With the continuous adjustment of various national policies, the original internal control of financial management in hospitals has lagged behind the national policy requirements and the economic activities of hospitals. Therefore, to master the financial management of the hospital’s economic situation must be followed by rapid economic development changes. Financial management occupies an important position in the hospital’s economic management activities, and with the continuous reform of the medical system, more and more attention has been paid to financial management. Based on the behavioral theory, the article analyzes the influence of hospital personnel on the financial management and summarizes some related methods to improve the level of hospital financial management.
