环境断裂主要是指金属材料在腐蚀介质,温度环境等条件的影响下,产生沿晶或穿晶脆性断裂的现象。经常接触到的环境断裂有:腐蚀疲劳断裂,应力腐蚀断裂,氢脆断裂等类型。许多高强度的金属材料,如钢、铝合金、钛合金等在发生断裂时,除所受应力状态、加工情况等的影响之外,还受所处环境因素(介质,温度等)的影响。
Environmental rupture mainly refers to the metal material in the corrosive medium, temperature and other conditions under the influence of the crystal or transgranular brittle fracture phenomenon. Often exposed to environmental damage are: corrosion fatigue fracture, stress corrosion cracking, hydrogen embrittlement fracture and other types. Many high-strength metal materials, such as steel, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, etc., are subject to environmental factors (medium, temperature, etc.) in addition to the influence of the stress state and the processing conditions upon fracture.
