中国共产党是中国工人阶级的先锋队。企业是工人阶级最集中的地方,企业党组织是执政党牢固的组织基础,企业的产业工人最富有组织性、纪律性,是最有战斗力的队伍。企业又是经济细胞,是生产力的载体。加强和改进党的建设,已势在必行。带着这个思路,我们走访了博湖县10多个企业单位,就新时期企业党建工作进行了深入的调查,结果表明,目前企业中党建工作面临许多新情况和新问题,还跟不上改革开放和现代化建设形势发展的需要。一方面,一部分基层组织软弱涣散,战斗堡垒作用受到严重削弱;另一方面一部分企业党建工作抓得较好,这主要取决于党政一把手的合作状况较好。企业的情况在不断发生变化,在新形势下如何发挥基层党组织的作用,急需探索和创新。
The Chinese Communist Party is the Vanguard of the Chinese Working Class. Enterprises are the most concentrated place for the working class. Party organizations in enterprises are a firm organizational foundation for the ruling party. The industrial workers in enterprises are the most organized and disciplined workers, and they are the most effective team. Business is an economic cell and a carrier of productivity. It is imperative to strengthen and improve party building. With this train of thought, we visited more than 10 enterprises and units in Bohu County and conducted an in-depth investigation into the party building in the new era. The results show that the party building in the enterprise faces many new situations and new problems and can not keep up with the reform The need for the development of the situation of opening up and modernization. On the one hand, some grassroots organizations are weak and fragmented, and the role of the battle-stronghold has been severely weakened. On the other hand, part of the party-building work in the enterprises has been better grasped. This depends mainly on the better cooperation between party leaders and top leaders. The situation of enterprises is changing constantly. Under the new situation, how to give play to the role of grass-roots party organizations urgently needs exploration and innovation.
