根据带式输送机运转过程中的输送带跑偏问题,对新型输送带防跑偏虚拟仪器进行研制与开发,实现了其跑偏监控与保护等功能。这种系统有效结合了虚拟仪器技术、单片机以及光电检测等,使系统控制精度与动态特性得到有效改善,在很大程度上提高了输送带运行稳定性与安全性。
