首次采用微波法合成橙红色长余辉磷光粉:Gd2O2S:Sm3+,并表征了其结构,激发、发射光谱和余辉衰减曲线.XRD分析证实其为单相的硫氧化钆.光致发光光谱显示Sm3+的3个特征发射(4G5/2→6HJ,J=5/2,7/2,9/2).该磷光粉经紫外和可见光激发后呈现出长时间明亮的余辉发射,是一种性能良好的新型长余辉发光材料.
The structure, excitation, emission spectra and afterglow decay curves of Gd2O2S: Sm3 + were synthesized by microwave method for the first time. XRD analysis confirmed that Gd2O2S was a single-phase gadolinium oxysulfide photoluminescence spectrum. 3 characteristics emission (4G5 / 2 → 6HJ, J = 5 / 2,7 / 2,9 / 2). The phosphors after the UV and visible light showed a bright long afterglow emission is a good performance New long afterglow luminescent materials.
