分析了铝锌硅渣产生的机理、形态和危害,概述了硅含量与温度对铝锌硅渣产生数量的影响,以及硅含量对底渣形态的影响,提出了控制铝锌硅渣产生数量的途径、防止锅底结渣的措施,以及处理锅底结渣的方法。
The mechanism, morphology and damage of Al-Zn-Si slag were analyzed. The effects of Si content and temperature on the production of Al-Zn-Si slag and the influence of Si content on the morphology of the bottom slag were summarized. Ways to prevent the bottom of the slag slagging measures, and the way to deal with the bottom of the slagging.
