前言济钢3#AZD20-1.27/350工业锅炉原设计为燃烧75%的煤气,25%煤。炉墙为轻型结构。后来3#锅炉基本上烧高炉煤气,用焦炉煤气打底火。该锅炉自投产以来,存在着许多缺陷。例如:排烟温度过高,达到206℃左右。下部两侧炉墙太薄,保温性差,漏风严重。原设计炉膛内两侧烟道为耐火砖,后来,烟道耐火砖倒塌,造成烟气短路,排烟温度升高,锅炉热效率降低(在64%左右)等。20t/h的锅炉负荷只能达到(13~14)t/h,严重影响锅炉的出力和安全、经济运行。为此,1999年7月对该锅炉进行了改造。
Preface Jinan Iron and Steel 3 # AZD20-1.27 / 350 industrial boiler was originally designed to burn 75% of the gas, 25% coal. Furnace wall light structure. Later, 3 # boiler basically burned blast furnace gas, with coke oven gas primer fire. Since the boiler put into operation, there are many shortcomings. For example: Exhaust temperature is too high, reaching about 206 ℃. Lower furnace walls on both sides too thin, poor insulation, serious air leakage. In the original design, the flue on both sides of the furnace was firebrick, and then the firebrick collapsed, resulting in short-circuit of flue gas, rising of flue gas temperature and decrease of boiler thermal efficiency (about 64%). 20t / h boiler load can only reach (13 ~ 14) t / h, seriously affecting the boiler’s output and safety, economic operation. To this end, the boiler was retrofitted in July 1999.
