With the continuous deepening of the curriculum reform in our country, the level of primary education has been continuously improved. However, the traditional teaching methods only focus on the transmission and input of knowledge, and do not pay attention to the cultivation of students’ practical abilities. The goal of teaching is not simply to give students a grasp of the subject matter, because no matter what kind of subject is ultimately targeted at cultivating talents for social development services. Therefore, in the school education and teaching, we should focus on the cultivation of students ’practical skills and promote the development of students’ comprehensive abilities through effective instructional design and teaching activities. Primary school art is an important part of the primary education system, which plays an important role in cultivating primary school students’ aesthetic ability and enhancing their artistic ability
