目的 观察链脲佐菌素(STZ)糖尿病大鼠下颌下腺超微结构变化。方法 SD雄性大鼠18只,随机分为对照组、实验组及治疗组,用STZ复制糖尿病动物模型,饲养12周后测体重和血糖,取材制片应用透射电镜观察其超微结构变化。结果 与对照组体重[ ( 367 .33±26. 73 )g]和血糖[ (6 .49±0 .79 ) mmol/L]比较:实验组体重[ ( 156. 50±10 .13)g]减轻、血糖[ (27 .79±9 .28)mmol/L]升高,有显著性差异(P<0 .01);治疗组体重[ (354 .67±31 .94)g]、血糖[ (8. 75±2 .56)mmol/L]无显著性差异(P>0 .05)。与对照组比较,实验组下颌下腺电镜下主要变化为为:细胞核固缩,染色质致密;线粒体肿胀或空泡变性、嵴断裂;粗面内质网囊状扩张,断裂成短棒状,脱颗粒等。治疗组无明显改变。结论 糖尿病可导致下颌下腺组织出现一系列超微病理改变,为进一步探讨糖尿病发生机制提供了形态学依据。
Objective To observe the ultrastructural changes of submandibular glands in streptozotocin (STZ) diabetic rats. Methods 18 SD male rats were randomly divided into control group, experimental group and treatment group. Animal model of STZ replication was used to measure the body weight and blood glucose after 12 weeks of feeding. The ultrastructural changes of SD rats were observed by transmission electron microscopy. The results were compared with those of the control group [(367.33 ± 26.73) g] and blood glucose [(6.69 ± 0.79) mmol / L] (P <0.01); The body weight of the treatment group [(354.67 ± 31.94) g], the blood glucose [(27.79 ± 9.28) mmol / L] (8. 75 ± 2. 56) mmol / L], there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Compared with the control group, the main changes of submandibular gland in the experimental group were as follows: nuclear condensation, chromatin dense; mitochondria swelling or vacuolar degeneration, crista fracture; rough endoplasmic reticulum cystic dilatation, rupture into short rod, degranulation Wait. Treatment group no significant change. Conclusion Diabetes mellitus can cause a series of ultrastructural changes in submandibular gland tissue, providing morphological evidence for further exploring the mechanism of diabetes.
