本文研究了机体摄入不同水平的浓缩铀(235)~UO_2F_2时,引起外周免疫器官脾淋巴细胞DNA合成和UV诱发的UDS变化。观察发现,当机体摄入低剂量浓缩轴(235)~UO_2F_20.1μg/kg体重时,PHA反应性T淋巴细胞的3H-TdR掺入量显著增升,呈现对DNA合成的明显兴奋效应。而当浓缩铀(235)~UO_2F_2的摄入水平在0.01~20μg/kg体重时;可使UV诱发的脾淋巴细胞UDS呈现兴奋效应,对脾淋巴细胞DNA切除修复能力明显增强。而当浓缩铀(235)~UO_2F_2的内污染水平进一步加大时,可使脾T、B淋巴细胞的DNA合成和UDS都呈现出抑制效应。
In this paper, we investigated the changes of UDS induced by DNA synthesis and UV-induced splenic lymphocytes in peripheral immune organs when ingested with different levels of uranium (235) ~ UO 2 F 2. The results showed that the incorporation of 3H-TdR into PHA-reactive T lymphocytes increased significantly when the body was exposed to a low dose of (235) ~ UO_2F_ (20.1μg / kg body weight), showing obvious excitatory effect on DNA synthesis. When uranium (235) ~ UO_2F 2 was in the range of 0.01 ~ 20μg / kg body weight, UV-induced splenic lymphocyte UDS showed an excitement effect, and the spleen lymphocyte DNA excision and repair ability was significantly enhanced. When the level of contamination of uranium (235) ~ UO_2F_2 was further increased, the DNA synthesis and UDS of T and B lymphocytes in spleen were inhibited.
