日本血吸虫体表具有γ-GTP,体外试验雄虫体表的γ-GTP活力受吡喹酮抑制23％。应用整体雄虫试验时其酶活力比虫体表的强。吡喹酮抑制体外血吸虫雌虫γ-GTP的活力比雄虫的强.体内试验吡喹酮明显抑制血吸虫雄虫的γ-GTP活力,但不抑制宿主兔肾组织γ-GTP的活力。
Japan Schistosoma japonicum body surface with γ-GTP, γ-GTP activity in vitro test male body surface inhibition by praziquantel 23%. The application of the overall male test of its enzyme activity than the worm table strong. Praziquantel inhibits the in vitro activity of γ-GTP from Schistosoma japonicum female than that of male .In vivo Praziquantel significantly inhibited the γ-GTP activity of Schistosoma japonicum but did not inhibit the activity ofγ-GTP in the kidney of host rabbit.
