(一)池塘的基本条件养殖食用鱼的池塘面积3~15亩(1亩≈667平方米,下同),池深1.5~2.5米。养殖池塘应具备充足的无污染水源,进排水方便,配备增氧设备。池塘底质多为沙土质。沙土底质虽然保肥保水较差,但不易使水质变坏。粘土底质池塘可适当多放鲢鳙鱼,沙土底质池塘可适当少放鲢鳙鱼。池塘配备一定的机械设备,以保障鱼类的正常生长。一般亩产量在1250千克以下时,8~15亩的池塘应配备3.0千瓦的叶轮式增气机一台或l.5千瓦的叶轮式增氧机
