“金属表面快速硬化处理新工艺”一文(载《机械制造》1984年第9期)发表以后,我们陆续收到从编辑部转来数十封来信,询问有关技术问题,现作说明如下。机械工业部召开的机械工业第三次工艺工作会议明确指出,工艺的基本问题是我国工艺水平低。特别在热处理方面,目前国际上可控保护气氛的应用已达到40%,而我国仅为1%。精加工后的工件经过常规淬火热处理后,精度降低1~2级,如采用可控保护气氛热处理则可保持原有尺寸精度,相对来说即提高零件精度1~2级,提高了产品质量,减少加工步骤,
