公共图书馆有面向社会大众开放的特点,并且同时也具有丰富的信息资源,所以应该担负起实施公民教育和提高公民文化素养的责任。因此,基于这种认识,本文在分析提高公共图书馆读者素养的意义的基础上,对提高公共图书馆读者素养的方法进行了探讨,从而为关注这一话题的人们提供参考。
Public libraries are open to the public and have rich information resources. Therefore, public libraries should assume the responsibility of implementing civic education and raising their cultural literacy. Therefore, based on this understanding, based on the analysis of the significance of improving the literacy of public libraries, this paper discusses ways to improve the literacy of public library readers, so as to provide reference for those concerned about this topic.
