重点讨论了第三相对二硅化钼发热元件的耐热性能和机械强度的影响。为了提高二硅化钼发热元件的使用温度和室温机械强度 ,对不同配方制得的发热元件进行x ray衍射、电镜扫描和能谱分析 ,由实验中发现第三相—Mo3Si2 的存在提高了发热元件的耐热性能和室温机械强度。
The influence of the third relative molybdenum disilicide heating element on the heat resistance and mechanical strength is discussed. In order to improve the operating temperature and the mechanical strength of the molybdenum disilicide heating element, the x-ray diffraction, electron microscope scanning and energy spectrum analysis of the heating elements prepared from different formulations were carried out. The existence of the third phase -Mo3Si2 was found to improve the heating element Heat resistance and room temperature mechanical strength.
