本文利用甘肃地区1981年至2010年的时间序列数据及以Cobb-Douglas生产函数为原型建立的线性投资制度生产函数,选取了部分重要且便于量化的与投资有关的制度变量,来说明投资制度对甘肃经济增长的影响,从而以此来间接说明对于兰州新区的建设,投资制度建设问题的重要性。经过实证分析,本文得出甘肃的经济增长不仅与各投资制度变量存在长期均衡关系,同时也存在着因果关系的结论。
Based on the time series data from 1981 to 2010 in Gansu and the linear investment system production function based on the Cobb-Douglas production function, this paper selects some important and easily quantifiable investment-related institutional variables to illustrate the impact of investment regime on Gansu economic growth, so as to indirectly explain the construction of Lanzhou New Area, the importance of the construction of the investment system. After empirical analysis, this paper draws a conclusion that the economic growth of Gansu not only has long-term equilibrium relationship with various investment system variables, but also has the causal relationship.
