森林资源资产除具有向人类提供木材功能以外，其公益效能对生态环境的调节作用是其他自然资源无法替代的。由于这种特殊性，决定了森林资源资产应该有规范的价值量计算和特定的交换价值和补偿方式，林价无疑是森林资源资产补偿方式的有力手段。
In addition to providing wood functions to human beings, the forest resources and assets have not been replaced by other natural resources because of their regulatory effect on the ecological environment.
