青海油田分公司采油一厂年产原油１４６万多吨，占青海油田产量的７０％以上。近几年来，特别是油田重组改制以来，紧紧围绕原油生产和实施低成本战略这个中心，大力加强思想政治工作，两个文明建设取得了可喜的成绩。先后被集团公司评为“先进采油厂”、“精神文明建设先进集 Qinghai Oilfield Branch Oil Production Plant with an annual output of more than 1.46 million tons of crude oil, accounting for more than 70% of Qinghai oil production.
