配体受体结合导致与受体相联系的Ｊａｎｕｓ可溶性酪氨酸激酶（ＪＡＫｓ）家族成员和细胞信号转导转录激活因子（ＳＴＡＴｓ）家族成员的激活。在细胞内相应信息分子的调控下，ＳＴＡＴｓ直接参予基因转录的改变。
