通过对傅里叶方程和非傅里叶方程的比较,系统地分析了高强度干燥过程中,多孔介质内部超常传热的非傅里叶效应,得到了一些重要结论,即:在高强度干燥过程中,需要考虑由于热扰动的有限传播速度所引起的非傅里叶效应;当距离加热端足够远时,非傅里叶效应就变得不明显;随时间的增加,高热流密度干燥过程中需要考虑非傅里叶效应.
By comparing the Fourier and non-Fourier equations, the non-Fourier effect of hyperfine heat transfer in porous media during high-strength drying was systematically analyzed. Some important conclusions were obtained: In the process, the non-Fourier effect due to the limited propagation velocity of thermal perturbation needs to be considered; the non-Fourier effect becomes insignificant when far away from the heating end; with the increase of time, the high heat flux density drying process Need to consider non-Fourier effect.
