植物为了能够很好地发育,要求吸收各种营养元素来营养自己。而各种营养元素都有它的特点,氮、磷、钾在植物组织中主要以可移动的状态存在,可以转移到植物体内其他的器官。但钙和铁却相反,移动性很小,因为它们在植物体内形成很複雜的有机化合物,所以不容易从一个组织流向别的组织去。为了证实钙和铁的不可移动性,採用植物隔离培养法,无论在科学研究或者在教学示范上,都是很有意义的。
In order to grow well, plants require the absorption of various nutrients to nourish themselves.
