从电网合环操作冲击电流预警决策系统的方案设计、系统的应用等方面进行了阐述。该系统从基于电网的能量管理(EMS)系统中获取实时电网数据模型,并实现环路自动搜索和拓扑展示,同时按电压等级对环路设备进行拓扑着色。实现合环冲击电流的时域特性在线计算及预警分析,计算合环冲击电流最大值以及任意时刻的冲击电流幅值,指导电网调度人员进行相应电网运行方式调整操作,以减少合环操作的冲击电流大小,对调度辅助决策有重要的实际意义,提高了电网调度机构的管理水平。
This paper elaborates the scheme design, system application and other aspects of the early-warning system for the inrush current of the combined operation of the power grid. The system acquires a real-time grid data model from a grid-based energy management (EMS) system and enables automatic ring searching and topology display while topologically coloring the loop devices by voltage level. The online calculation and early warning analysis of the time-domain characteristic of the combined cycle impact current is carried out to calculate the maximum value of the combined cycle impulse current and the amplitude of the impulse current at any moment to instruct the grid dispatcher to adjust the operation mode of the corresponding grid to reduce the impact of the operation The size of the current has an important practical significance for scheduling assistance decision-making, and improves the management level of the grid dispatching agency.
