以北京体育大学人体运动科学系非体育专业新生 2 0名 (男女各 10名 )作为对照组 ,实验组包括 16名田径运动员 ( 9名男性 ,7名女性 )、古典式摔跤男运动员 7名、男子足球运动员 2 3名。实验组运动员在训练期间均服用营养补剂。实验研究发现 :优秀成年运动员血清IGF -Ⅰ安静值与正常男女对照组无显著性差异。优秀成年运动员血清IGF -Ⅰ安静值不受性别、年龄、身高和体重指数的影响。男子田径运动员血清IGF -Ⅰ安静值显著高于足球运动员。
A total of 20 freshmen (10 males and 10 females) from Department of Physical Education, Department of Physical Education, Beijing Sport University, were included as control group, including 16 track and field athletes (9 males and 7 females), 7 male wrestlers, Men’s football players 23 3. Experimental group athletes take nutritional supplements during training. Experimental study found that: excellent adult athletes serum IGF-I sera and normal control group no significant difference between men and women. The serum IGF-I level of excellent adult athletes was not affected by gender, age, height and body mass index. The serum IGF-I level of male track and field athletes was significantly higher than that of footballers.
