对装用CW—200型转向架的25K型空调客车的车下走线管路、底架钢结构上焊接吊梁、转向架构架上焊接起吊座进行了改造。通过吊梁和起吊座上的销孔,用圆销、钢丝绳和开口销将转向架构架与车体钢结构相连,架起车体钢结构的同时连同转向架构架一同吊起,解决了轮对检修只有在地沟台位才可以进行且拆卸施工量大的问题。
