在思想政治教育过程中,信息“错层交流”既是思想政治教育必须和可能的基础,也是思想政治教育成效衰减的重要原因之一。教育者应该充分发挥主导作用,遵循信息传播规律,选择和传输有效教育信息,引导教育对象接受心理,增强思想政治教育信息的共解性,提高思想政治教育成效。
In the process of ideological and political education, information “wrong communication ” is not only the necessary and possible basis of ideological and political education, but also one of the important reasons for the decline of the effectiveness of ideological and political education. Educators should give full play to their leading role, follow the law of information dissemination, select and transmit effective educational information, guide the psychological acceptance of educational objects, enhance the overall solution of ideological and political education information, and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
