由国家干预主义到社会整体经济利益原则,由可持续发展思想到科学发展观,经济法理念走过了一段不断完善之路。经济法的经济性决定了其推动经济发展的科学性,经济法的社会性决定了其对经济发展的总体要求是实现经济的持续、平稳、较快发展,经济法的自觉性和强制性的结合体现了经济民主与经济集中的统一。经济法理念的实现途径是社会责任本位,而其实现的方法则是政府的规划和包括企业在内的全社会的广泛参与。
