以乙醇作为浸提剂,提取野生艾蒿中的黄酮类化合物,在单因素的基础上采用正交试验设计确定最佳的提取工艺。试验结果表明,乙醇提取野生艾蒿中黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺为:提取时间2 h,料液质量体积比1∶25,乙醇体积分数50%。
Using ethanol as extractant, the flavonoids in wild mugwort (Artemisia selengensis L.) were extracted, and the optimum extraction process was determined by orthogonal experimental design on the basis of single factor. The results showed that the optimal extraction technology of flavonoids from Artemisia selengensis with ethanol was as follows: the extraction time was 2 h, the mass ratio of material to liquid was 1:25, and the volume fraction of ethanol was 50%.
