社会管理与文化传统紧密相关。如果社会管理不能从文化传统的实际出发,便不可能实现社会秩序的可持续稳定。我国幅员辽阔,区域性传统文化多元化。创新社会管理,必须结合地域实际,尊重和利用区域文化传统。作为历史悠久的一种区域性文化——客家文化,它蕴含着极其丰富的社会管理智慧。作为客家地区当下创新社会管理的核心任务之一,就是因势利导,挖掘客家文化的积极因素,完成其历史时空的转换,将其融进当代社会管理实践之中。这一结论同样具有普遍意义。
Social management and cultural tradition are closely related. If social management can not proceed from the reality of cultural tradition, it will be impossible to achieve sustainable social order stability. Our country has a vast territory and a diversified regional traditional culture. To innovate social management, we must respect and make use of the regional cultural traditions in the light of the actual conditions in the region. As a long history of a regional culture - Hakka culture, it contains an extremely rich social management wisdom. As one of the core tasks of current innovation social management in Hakka area, it is to take advantage of the positive factors in excavating Hakka culture, to complete the conversion of its history and space, and to integrate it into contemporary social management practices. This conclusion also has universal significance.
