濮临输油管道随着中原油田原油产量的不断下降,其输油量也逐年降低。为解决输油量与输油泵不匹配问题,通常采用阀门节流方法,但节流会造成能源损失,为减少节流造成的能源损失,提高企业经济效益,濮临线提出了一泵到底的输油工艺,并于1995年4月进行了运行。给出了能源损失和经济损失的计算公式。通过对两站单泵运行和一泵到底运行时的能源损失值和经济损失值的对比分析,可知一泵到底输油工艺不仅减少了(火用)损失,而且还节约了经济费用。
