Poor eyesight is a common condition among teenage students and has been listed as one of the six common diseases among students who have priority in prevention and treatment by the State Department of Health and Education. In order to understand the condition of poor eyesight and their causes, the students’ visual acuity was monitored for 5 consecutive years from 1996 to 2000, and the reason of poor eyesight was surveyed for the students in 2000 . 1 objects and methods 1.1 object 1
