研究并实现了智能化装载机便携式信息服务系统。该系统主要包括装载机车况实时监测、车况历史数据查询、故障诊断、机载控制器参数设定、维修记录管理、远程协助、分级用户管理等功能。从应用角度出发,详细介绍了智能化装载机便携式信息服务系统的实现方法以及信息服务软件的设计、编写问题,并探讨了工程机械领域车辆电子网络通讯协议的内容。
Research and implementation of intelligent loader portable information service system. The system mainly includes the functions of real-time monitoring of loader’s condition, quest history data, fault diagnosis, parameters setting of airborne controller, maintenance record management, remote assistance and hierarchical user management. From the application point of view, this paper introduced in detail the realization method of the intelligent information service system of portable loaders and the design and compilation of the information service software, and discussed the contents of the communication protocol of the vehicle electronic network in the field of construction machinery.
