右归丸联合液体钙片对绝经后妇女骨质疏松症患者血清25-OHD3水平、BGP及IGF-Ⅰ含量影响研究

目的:探讨右归丸联合液体钙片对绝经后妇女骨质疏松症患者血清25-OHD3水平、BGP及IGF-Ⅰ含量影响。方法:收集我院以绝经后骨质疏松为诊断而收入院患者88例,对照组予以骨化三醇、液体钙治疗。实验组在对照组基础上加用右归丸治疗。于所有患者治疗前及治疗后进行血清25-OHD3水平、BGP及IGF-Ⅰ含量检测,并于治疗前、后对所有患者进行腰椎L1~4正位,左、右两侧股骨颈骨密度测定。结果:1治疗后两组患者血清25-OHD3水平、BGP及IGF-Ⅰ均有所改善,与对照组比较,实验组3项指标均改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2治疗后两组患者腰椎L1~4,左、右两侧股骨颈骨密度均有所改善,与对照组比较,实验组均更明显改善,差异有统计学意义。结论:右归丸联合液体钙片可显著改善绝经后骨质疏松患者血清25-OHD3水平、BGP及IGF-Ⅰ含量,并明显提高患者骨密度,对治疗骨质疏松症、提高患者生活质量有重要意义。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Yougui Pill combined with liquid calcium on serum 25-OHD3, BGP and IGF-Ⅰ in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis. Methods: 88 cases of admission hospital were collected from our hospital for the diagnosis of osteoporosis after menopause. The control group was treated with calcitriol and liquid calcium. Experimental group on the basis of the control group with yougui pill treatment. Serum levels of 25-OHD3, BGP and IGF-Ⅰ were measured in all patients before and after treatment. BMD of the lumbar vertebrae L1-4, left and right femur were measured before and after treatment . Results: After treatment, the level of serum 25-OHD3, BGP and IGF-I in both groups were improved. Compared with the control group, the three indexes of the experimental group improved more obviously, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); 2 After treatment, the femoral neck BMD of lumbar vertebrae L1 ~ 4, left and right sides of both groups were improved, compared with the control group, the experimental group were more significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Yougui pills combined with liquid calcium can significantly improve serum 25-OHD3 levels in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis, BGP and IGF-Ⅰ content, and significantly improve the patient’s bone mineral density, for the treatment of osteoporosis and improve the quality of life in patients with Significance.
