在城市的不断发展中,对住宅小区的要求已经不仅是最基本的居住了,其配套服务也成为了必要的要求,因此,小区内的公共建筑设计也成为了衡量质量的标准,建设好城市的全面发展,一定程度上推动了国家的发展。城市住宅小区的公益性配套设施,不以盈利为目的建设小区的医疗、安全、教育、管理等各个方面,合理地对小区进行规划和设计,敢于创新,充分利用现有的资源和先进的配套设施,其公益性配套设施不归业主所有,也没有处置和使用的权利。接下来,笔者将以福建省泉州市城市住宅小区公益性配套服务的规划建设,进行住宅小区公益性配套用房的规划管理工作的探究。
