采用XRD、DSC方法研究了循环预处理对Fe_(66)Ni_1Al_5Ga_2P_(9.65)B_(7.6)Si_3C_(5.75)非晶合金热力学参数的影响和晶化过程中析出相自由能的变化。结果表明:与淬火态相比,经循环预处理后晶化样品的Tg、Tx、Tp均有所降低,过冷液相区扩大,整个非晶的晶化阶段均有所提前;晶化析出相种类增加,晶化体积大幅增加,其中经冷热循环处理样品的晶化体积最大为60.197%;晶化相Fe_3P、AlNi_3C_(0.5)、Fe_2P的ΔGT与温度的变化成正比例函数。
The effects of cyclic pretreatment on the thermodynamic parameters of amorphous Fe_ (66) Ni_1Al_5Ga_2P_ (9.65) B_ (7.6) Si_3C_ (5.75) amorphous alloy and the change of free energy of the precipitated phase during crystallization were investigated by XRD and DSC methods. The results show that the Tg, Tx and Tp of the crystallized samples after the pretreatment are lower than those of the quenched ones, and the supercooled liquid region expands and the entire amorphous crystallization stage advances. The crystallization precipitation And the crystallization volume increased sharply. The crystallization volume of the samples treated by hot and cold cycles was up to 60.197%. The ΔGT of the crystallized Fe 3 P, AlNi 3 C 0.5 and Fe 2 P was directly proportional to the change of temperature.
