电力行业是关系国计民生的重要领域,针对中国电力行业上市公司,利用该行业2007年48家上市公司的截面数据,建立多元线性回归模型,对其资本结构影响因素进行了实证研究。研究发现,资产担保价值与中国电力行业上市公司资本结构正相关,企业业绩、企业规模和成长性对中国电力行业上市公司资本结构的影响不甚显著。
The electric power industry is an important area that relates to national economy and people’s livelihood. According to the data of 48 listed companies in the industry in 2007, this paper establishes a multiple linear regression model and makes empirical research on the influencing factors of its capital structure. The study found that the value of asset guarantees is positively correlated with the capital structure of listed companies in China’s electric power industry. The impact of firm performance, firm size and growth on the capital structure of listed companies in China’s power sector is not significant.
