本文以超高层建筑武汉中心项目为例,探讨如何根据武汉的气候条件,场地周边环境以及建筑的功能需求等多方面,在建筑的整个生命周期内,科学有效地利用资源和绿色节能技术,使建筑物对资源的消耗及对环境的污染冲击降到最低限度,建造一个满足人类使用的健康、舒适的室内环境,创造出具有生命力的高层建筑。重点从建筑总平面、中水雨水的回收利用、叠形板块玻璃幕墙系统、水蓄冷及地源热泵、芯筒能源棒五个典型措施展开研究。最后从该项目的经济效益和环境效益进行了分析和总结。
This article takes the supercenter Wuhan center project as an example to discuss how to utilize resources and green energy-saving technology scientifically and effectively in the entire life cycle of the building according to the climate conditions of Wuhan, the surrounding environment of the site and the functional requirements of the building. Building to minimize resource consumption and environmental impact, building a healthy and comfortable indoor environment for human use to create a viable high-rise building. The research focuses on five typical measures: building general plane, recycling of reclaimed water, laminated glass curtain wall system, water storage and ground source heat pump and core barrel energy rod. Finally, the economic and environmental benefits of the project were analyzed and summarized.
