目的总结探讨Schatzker V、VI型胫骨平台骨折行双侧钢板置入治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年1月~2015年2月收治并获得随访的21例SchatzkerV、遇型胫骨平台骨折患者资料。本组患者根据Schatzker分型，吁型18例，遇型3例，均采用切开复位，内、外侧双钢板固定治疗，术后行石膏外固定，早期功能锻炼。结果本组患者全部获得术后8~28个月(平均18个月)随访，伤口均I期愈合，骨折均获愈合，无畸形愈合、延迟愈合、组织坏死等并发症。膝关节功能采用Rasmussen膝关节评分标准评定：优12例，良6例，可3例，优良率85.7豫。结论应用内外侧双钢板联合固定治疗Schatzker V、VI型胫骨平台骨折，复位方便，固定可靠，能取得比较满意的疗效。“,”Objective To summarize the clinical effect of double plate implantation in the treatment of V Schatzker and VI type tibial plateau fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis of January 2010 to 2015 years during the month of February were treated and followed up for 21 cases of Schatzker V and VI tibial plateau fractures. This group of patients according to Schatzker type, 18 cases of type V, VI type in 3 cases, using open reduction, lateral double plate fixation, postoperative plaster external fixation and early functional exercise. Results All patients were followed up for 8 to 28 months (average, 18 months). The wounds were healed in I stage, and all the fractures were healed. No complications such as wound healing, delayed union, tissue necrosis and so on. Knee joint function was evaluated by Rasmussen knee score: excellent in 12 cases, good in 6 cases, good in 3 cases, good rate of 85.7%. Conclusion The application of internal and external dual plate fixation for the treatment of V VI, Schatzker type of tibial plateau fractures, reduction of convenient, reliable, can achieve more satisfactory results.
