房地产是中国经济之痛,因为它已经绑架了中国的总体经济。它也是社会之痛,因为房地产具有特殊性,是社会产品,当社会大多数人的居住权不能实现或者被剥夺的时候,社会稳定就会失去基础。
Real estate is a painful part of the Chinese economy because it has kidnapped China’s economy as a whole. It is also a pain of society. Because real estate is peculiar to the society, it is a social product. When most of the people in the society can not be rescued or deprived of their housing rights, social stability loses their foundation.
