面对我国众多产业集群的“低端锁定”等现实困境,提升产业集群网络式创新能力是实现产业集群持续发展与升级的当务之急,而加强产业集群网络学习及其学习效果则是形成集群网络式创新能力的有效途径。根据社会心理学理论,行为是心理感知的一种外在表现,因而仅仅从基于集群内企业经济交易关系所形成的集群物理网络结构或者是企业互动学习行为等视角来研究产业集群网络学习效果是不够的,还必须深入地剖析隐藏于集群内企业学习行为背后的心理感知,即集群企业心理契约,由此,文章以对集群企业间存在心理契约的理论阐释与因素分析为切入点,提出了集群企业心理契约、信任以及网络学习效果的概念模型与研究假设,通过数据收集以及对概念模型的实证分析,文章从集群企业心理契约的视角对产业集群企业网络学习效果的提升提出了政策建议。

Therefore, studying the effects of industrial cluster network learning only from the perspective of the cluster physical network structure or the interactive learning behavior of enterprises based on the intra-cluster enterprise economic transactions Not enough, we must also deeply analyze the psychological perception hidden behind the learning behavior of enterprises in the cluster, namely, the psychological contract of the cluster enterprises. Therefore, the article starts with the theoretical interpretation and factor analysis of the existence of the psychological contract among the cluster enterprises, Through the data collection and the empirical analysis of the conceptual model, the article puts forward some policy suggestions on how to improve the learning effect of the industrial cluster enterprises from the perspective of the psychological contract of the cluster enterprises.
