目的 :观察藤菔降压片主要药效学以外的一般药理学作用和急性毒性作用,为临床研究和安全用药提供依据。方法 :将Wistar大鼠40只随机分成藤菔降压片高、中、低剂量组和溶媒对照组,观察藤菔降压片对大鼠中枢神经系统、心血管系统和呼吸系统的影响。将昆明种小鼠40只随机分为药物组和对照组,每组20只,以临床人日用量的175倍量予小鼠灌胃,观察藤菔降压片的急性毒性作用。结果 :一般药理学实验表明,藤菔降压片对清醒大鼠中枢神经系统无明显影响,对麻醉大鼠血压、心率、Q-T间期、P-R间期和QRS波群时间、呼吸频率、呼吸幅度等,与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),各剂量组间亦无统计学差异(P>0.05),各剂量组对心律和呼吸节律均无明显影响;急性毒性试验两组小鼠状态均正常,体重未见下降,无一死亡。结论 :藤菔降压片在药效剂量范围内,对中枢神经系统、心血管系统和呼吸系统均无明显影响,急性毒性试验提示该药临床用药安全,说明本品安全性良好,毒副作用较小,值得进一步开发并且应用于临床。
Objective: To observe the general pharmacological effects and acute toxic effects of Fujimi antihypertensive tablets besides the main pharmacodynamics, and to provide the basis for clinical research and safe drug use. Methods: Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into high, medium and low doses of Fujifilm low dose group and vehicle control group. The effects of Fujifengjian Tablet on central nervous system, cardiovascular system and respiratory system of rats were observed. Forty Kunming mice were randomly divided into two groups: drug group and control group, with 20 mice in each group. The animals were orally administered 175 times daily doses of human clinical mice to observe the acute toxicity of Tengji antihypertensive tablets. Results: The general pharmacological experiments showed that Fujurea Jiangya Tablet had no significant effect on the central nervous system in conscious rats. The blood pressure, heart rate, QT interval, PR interval and QRS complex time, respiration rate, respiration rate (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between each dose group (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in rhythm and respiration rhythm between each dose group. Acute toxicity test Two groups of mice were normal, no decline in body weight, no death. Conclusion: Fujifilm hypotensive tablet in the effective dose range, the central nervous system, cardiovascular system and respiratory system had no significant effect, acute toxicity test indicates that the clinical drug safety of the drug, indicating that the product is safe, toxic side effects than Small, worth further development and applied to clinical.
