楔横轧机滚动轴承为双列圆锥滚子轴承 ,直接承受轧机运行中产生的轧制力 ,是轧机关键零部件之一。楔横轧机滚动轴承服役寿命与其在辊系中载荷特性直接有关。根据楔横轧机滚动轴承特点 ,采用三维接触边界元法 ,定量描述楔横轧机滚动轴承载荷特性 ,为合理选取轧机轴承 ,优化轧机结构设计 ,确保轴承安全且稳定运行提供重要的理论依据。
Cross wedge rolling bearings for double row tapered roller bearings, rolling mill directly bear the rolling force generated during the operation, is one of the key rolling mill parts. The service life of a wedge rolling mill rolling bearing is directly related to its load characteristics in a roller system. According to the characteristics of wedge rolling mill rolling bearings, the 3D contact boundary element method is used to quantitatively describe the load characteristics of wedge rolling mill rolling bearings. It provides an important theoretical basis for selecting rolling mill bearings reasonably, optimizing rolling mill structure design and ensuring the safe and stable running of the bearing.
