目的:建立氢化物发生-原子荧光法同时测定药食同源药材中锡和铋的分析方法。方法:以比色管作消化容器,硝酸-高氯酸-硫酸湿法消解药材,以酒石酸为测定介质,优化载流、硼氢化钠浓度、掩蔽剂等条件,氢化物发生-原子荧光光度法测定锡铋含量。结果:锡和铋的检出限为0.18 ng/ml和0.06 ng/ml,锡回收率和精密度分别为99.0%~105.4%和0.64%,铋回收率和精密度分别为95.0%~97.5%和0.94%。结论:所建方法重现性好、简便快速,适合于药材中锡铋的检测。
Objective: To establish a hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry method for the simultaneous determination of tin and antimony in medicine and food homologues. Methods: The colorimetric tube was used as a digestion vessel, nitric acid-perchloric acid-sulfuric acid was used for wet digestion, tartaric acid was used as the medium, and the conditions of carrier flow, sodium borohydride concentration and masking agent were optimized.
